Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for AUD 20 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for AUD 20 per person per stay when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 17 years old stay for AUD 100 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 2 years old and over stay for AUD 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Zara Tower – Luxury Suites and Apartments requires a valid credit card and photo ID at the time of check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. This hotel requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorizations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available. The deposit amounts are as follows: - Credit card pre-authorization of AUD 300 for One Bedroom Apartments; - Credit card pre-authorization of AUD 400 for Two-Bedroom Apartments; - Credit card pre-authorization of AUD 500 for Three Bedroom/Penthouse Apartments. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card Please note that apartments are serviced every week for stays of 7 nights or more. This hotel has a strict No Party Policy. Please note that road access and parking are limited.
